Hey everybody!
I have an XSPC rx360 radiator and I am looking for the best pull fans for it, that will provide decent performance while being quiet.
Research seems to indicate that the Gentle Typhoons are one of the best options here, so my questions are:

Do you guys think the Gentle Typhoon AP14-15 are the best fans for this radiator, or what would you recommend?
Would using an AP-15 with a fan controller be better than using the AP14? I'm really interested in this one, because I was about to pull the trigger on the AP-14s until I thought of the fan controller thing!

I'd appreciate any advice you guys have!

edit* I meant to post this in the water cooling section, not sure how it got into overclocking >< if someone could move it I would appreciate that too!

its not going to be a huge difference, the extra rpm and increased airflow of the AP-15 will be slightly better but if you knock it down to 1000 rpm with the fan controller and have an AP-14 at 1000 rpm there is not going to be a difference, if your into heavy overclocking sessions then the extra degree an AP-15 might cool at full speed would be what you need but otherwise it won't matter

The RX360 is a sub8FPI rad with 12 tube config. It benefits from mid rpm, mid cfm, mid static pressure fans. Above 2k rpm fans and above 70cfm show loss of TDU. I'll see if I can pull the sites again for the research i did (In midst of building a system with RX360)

Believe it or not, from what I have seen, the stock fan specs are great to stick with around the 16-1800rpm mark. You can switch out for other fans for bearing and noise variants, but the CFM, and static specs should be kept close to. This is not a 17FPI or 30FPI rad. massive pressure or CFM would actually negate your goal
