Question Xtrfy M4 Wireless Issue

This Xtrfy suddenly stopped working, the only indication of it is a flashing white Polling Rate button. buttons dont work. plugging it in doesnt work. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Does the mouse appear in Device Manager (Verify that "View > Show hidden devices" is checked).

You mentioned "plugging it in": where and how is the mouse being plugged in? Charger?

Things you can do:

Manually download, reinstall, and reconfigure the mouse drivers.

Test the mouse on other known working computers.

Replace the battery.

The mouse was working for over a year and suddenly just stopped working and the blinking issue appeared.

Using the charging/data cable

Tried installing the drivers and tested it to no avail
i have a spare battery but its still the same issue
