Xubuntu problem

Hello!

I got the problem with linux xubuntu 12.04

I installed Xubuntu 11.10 on acer laptop and every time i upgrade to 12.04 my wireless is disabled, when i right click on the wireless networking icon it says it is enabled but i am unable to connect because there is no available connections.

Everything worked well until i took the xubuntu 12.04 upgrade

Can you help me??

i think this seemed to solve my problem

Remove and uninstall the drivers:

sudo apt-get purge broadcom-sta-common broadcom-sta-source bcmwl-kernel-source

Install the correct one:

sudo apt-get install b43-fwcutter firmware-b43-installer
