Xubuntu USB installer isn't working

I keep trying to install Xubuntu on my old laptop but it keeps not wanting to work, I know my laptop has the ability to boot of usb and my image file isn't corrupt because I got it to work off a VM. I used this universal installer that was recommend on the website but it said it made the usb bootable and everything with the image but still isn't working.

Already got it to work on the other one just had to remove the option of leaving any data on it.
