Xw6400 Fan Size?

in my Xw6400 i have two fans that cover the Ram, they are pretty small, and i want new ones. But the problem is, i don't know how big they are in MM?

Hey there,
On the pic that you sent with the 2 fans. If you click on where it says HP workstation xw6400 and scroll down, it says that it requires 90mm fans
