That's not a killer card, it's a non ti 560 gtx, and it's at the same price as a 7850 1GB, which beats any 560 ti.
My advice : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vy3G

With a better mobo and proper ram, also the psu is total crap(raidmax), the best budget psu is the antec vp-450w, it's way better than the raidmax 500w.
Also if you need a keyboard : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823107120&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
It fits under 500$.

Not to sound rude, but that graphics card isn't great and frankly isn't a good price. I've seen 560TIs (a better card) go under $140. For $179.99 you could get a 7850 2GB, which would be much better.
