[SOLVED] Yay toms. New PC build. No beep, CPU starts stops. reseated and rechecked without success

Hey guys,

Building a new PC and unfortunately the CPU fan starts then stops. PSU seems to be fine? since fans connected to case and motherboard lights up when turned on. CPU stays lighted but CPU fan doesn't stay on and PSU fan shortly stops soon after. Reseated all ram/ tried starting without and still no beep/ same issue. Reconnected all power cables and checked to make sure switches/power connections are correct. (basically looked over the guide below)

Looked over here and wasn't able to correct the issue:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
PSU: Corsair RM 750x
GPU is not connected

I'm out of ideas and would appreciate any help! This is only my second build but I'm stumped. Thanks for any and all help!

I can't even start my PC so I'm not worried about my GPU. Honestly, you can see it was removed since one of the expansion slots is broken bc it wouldn't release properly.... this build has been such a struggle!

Why wouldn't it boot without a GPU? Is there no onboard graphics card?

only APU have igpu, ryzen don't.

It's the third light of 4. I believe that's the DRAM position

omg thank you! I totally forgot about that and I put my old GPU and reinstalled my RAM cards and it turns on now!
