Hello, sometimes I get this when I boot up my rig. On pic its not much noticeable so I made another pic on normal circumstance so it gets the idea.

Rebooting the system seems to solve the issue but its quite annoying and Im concerned if this is a bad sign of something bad thats about to happen.
Also the disturbance shows (if it shows at all) only after the windows10 loading screen, with the blue windows logo and the dots moving in circle. It shows only from the lock screen and onward. Also Im getting a similar disturbance when starting or closing games, but only for a fraction of a second, and the disturbance is colored pink rather than yellow.
What could this be?
