Question Yellow DRAM and red CPU light on motherboard. PC won't turn on.

I'm quite desperate, my PC was working fine until yesterday, but now it won't turn on no matter what. There is a yellow and red light on the motherboard but they were there before and my pc still worked, but now nothing happens. Fans and LEDs on RAM work but nothing else. Already updated the BIOS with the button on the back but still no sign of life. I don't understand the most complicated things about PCs. I have a PRO X670-P WIFI with a Ryzen 9 7950X. Sometimes I had to press the button to turn my PC and the fans and LEDs would work but my PC wouldn't boot up, so I had to hold the button down so it would turn off and then try again, and then it would boot up, but now it's useless.

If someone could help me I'll be grateful, thanks.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Your motherboard has a Flash BIOS button on the rear of the motherboard;
1024.png

use that in conjunction with steps outlined on your motherboard manual;
https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/PROX670-PWIFI.pdf
page 57, Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button, using the latest BIOS version(beta) from here and then clear the CMOS once you've verified the BIOS was flashed successfully. See if that helps revive your platform.

On a side note, please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

I did everything, but it's to no avail. PC won't boot up. Same red and yellow lights. Everything was working until yesterday.

My PC actually and suddenly turn on, but the fans aren't working properly, they are speeding up and then slowing down. And there is a horrible sound coming from either the GPU or the PSU, I think is called coil whine. It happens when I open a game.

Reinstall RAM modules firmly, ensuring proper latching.
Test each RAM module individually in different slots.
Check RAM compatibility with your motherboard model.
Update BIOS to the latest version.
Test with a different power supply (if possible).
