Question Yellow Dram light no post Asus Prime Z390-A

Hello All. Working on new build i was able to install windows with one ram stick installed but whenever I add more than one the computer will not past post and boot into Windows

i7-8700k 3.2GHz
GTX 1060
Patriot Viper 8GB DDR4 3000MGz (x4)
ASUS Prime Z390-A
