Question Yellow Dram light with Asus tuf gaming H570-pro wifi

I just build my pc and when i turn it on everything turns on and the fans spin but yellow Dram light stays on. I have tried only using one stick of ram from my new kit and a stick from my old pc and it stays the same.
it looks like one of the pins are missing in the cpu socket (got the motherboard from amazon warehouse) could that cause the problem.

Cpu- i5 11400f
GPU - EVGA RTX 2060 KO ultra
MB - ASUS TUF gaming H570-pro wifi
RAM 2x8 3200 tridentZ rgb
