[SOLVED] Yellow dram light without boot

Recently bought a ryzen 3600, vengeance LPX 2x8gb 3000 MHz ram and a ROG STRIX B450-F gaming mobo....but when I installed the parts it didn't boot...I've tried switching the placement of my ram even did 1 at a time in each slot and reset CMOS Everytime....any suggestions would be appreciated

You need to install a CPU that works with BIOS version 0207.

Update the BIOS version to version 2301 or higher before using a Ryzen 3600.

ASUS strongly recommends installing AMD chipset driver 18.50.16 or later before updating BIOS to version 2008 or higher.
