Question Yellow light no post b450i

B450i mother board
Vengeance lpx ram (on the Asus approved list)

Stuck on blinking yellowish light. No post. No video no USB port power. All cables secure. Any ideas???? Thank you!

Mother board ASUS ROG Strix B450-I Gaming Motherboard (Mini ITX) AMD Ryzen 2 AM4
CPU: ryzen 7 2700x amd
Ram Corsair vengeance LPX cmk 16gx4m2a2400

I'm doing a bench test to see if I can get it running so I only have one ram stick in and I've disconnected the graphics card and removed the board from the case. Disconnected the hard drive too.

I get a yellowish light on the board which means there's a ram issue (according to the manual)
