i have an asus rog strix b350-f mobo with a ryzen 3 2200g and 2 x 8gb of flare x'es running at 2400mhz. but the light next to the ram slots keeps popping up yellow and it just won't boot, i saw online that if the light is yellow it means that there is a problem with the ram but for the rest i wouldn't have a clue as to what's wrong. it booted once when i had just built it but now it won't boot.

1| See if you're on the latest BIOS update for your board.
2| Go into BIOS and see if manually inputting the spec's of the ram, affects the QLED's status.
3| See if one stick, out of the pair, gives you the same QLED result.
4| Interchange with the second stick of ram.
5| Try and use memtest86 and run it for 10 passes. If you get any errors, its either the ram or the slot.

i'm quite new to pc building and don't really know how to do memtest86 or if it is even possible to see what bios i have because the pc won't even boot into the BIOS settings, it just doesn't give any image on the screen and the only indicator i have is the yellow light
