Yellow light on motherboard

I NEED HELP!!! I have a dell inspirion 545 and it wont boot I replaced the psu,cpu and motherboard and the yellow/amber light is still there and my computer wont boot at all nothing moves or makes a sound I've tried what i can do now i dont know what to do mother board type is dell N826N

You need test the RAM, could be the problem in your rig.
