[SOLVED] Yellow/Orange light burning but not posting

Hey Guys, I just recently build a new computer:

Ryzen 3200g
ASUS prime a320m-k
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB ddr4 3000mhz
Cooler master 450w 80+ bronze PSU

there is a yellow/orange light inside my PC burning. I comes from the PCI slot. (Not occupied) the pc doesn't post, But it turns on and all the fans etc, are working. I re-installed the ram in a other slot. Checked the cables etc. What should I do?

I can't because I don't have an extra/other CPU
