Yellow stripes on the screen

Hello, i am having yellow vertical stripes all over my screen. It seem some problem with the nvidia geforce 8500 gt. I tried to update the driver, but it is not working. I am not knowing what to do. Can somebody give some clue?

Is there an error in Device Manager for the display ?
Errors in Event Viewer ?
If a PC Monitor, test it in another computer (use same Cable)
