Yes, another FPS drops thread.

I've tried everything. Unpark CPUs, malwarebytes scan, but nothing. I've got a Dell Latitude E6320 laptop.


My specs:
Intel Core i5-2520 2,50 GHz
Intel HD 3000
4 GB RAM


About 5-6 months ago, CS GO went fluent 60-70 fps. From 3 months now after 5 minutes of gaming IN ANY GAME my fps drops to 10 on every valve game (exept hl). Here are a few: Tomb Raider, CS:GO, L4D2, osu! (from 300 fps to 40-60), Terraria, Gmod, Team Fortress 2, Trove and Smite.

It could be a recent Windows update, but I think you should chuck out your computer and get a new one. The CPU you are using is rather old and is likely to be the cause of this.

I may get a new one the next year.. I'll use this only for school..
