Hoy, so.
Specs are
I9 9900k
2 Hyperx 8gb ram 3000
Gtx 1050
Msi z390a pro
Watercooler corsair.

The msi manual and led points towards a cpu problem.
Video below.
Any possible help? Right now gonna try changing the psu to see if it may be it.

Tried somethings, like testing the other psu, both are working. So it's not PSU.
Both too i tested the cables and connectors.
Same problem.
Removed rams, tried slots, tried one ram.
Nothing.
Always one white blip on cpu ez debug, fans on, then off, repeat.
Tried reseting the cmos by removing the Hagerty ans jump.
Nothing.
Opened cpu, no bent pins, everything in order aside old thermal paste.
Cooler back on, put it not to be too tight but firm.
Also, all backpins of that mobo rn have rubber pointers so doesn't seem a problem.
Wasn't OCing the board.
If anyone has any more tests i could try and do, i would be in forever debt.
Tx.

I think I've done all but changed the thermal paste.
Will try that tomorrow when I'm able to buy one.

maybe try to unplug the psu power cord from wall socket and unplug the cmos battery, then press power button for 11 secs, and plug everything back up, and boot with igpu instead, and unplug the gpu. see if it could boot to bios or windows.
