Yet another enhancements question

Playing the EU version since it was launched and have just hit lvl 21.
Have been buying 20 DOs from the genetics shop in Steel Canyon but I am
wondering what do you after that. Are there 25 DOs I can buy and from
where? Or am I onto SOs now and where can I buy them? The one SO I
earned had a resale value to 11k. So, I'm going to need to save up for
them!

Also, can I buy jumping, running and power regen DO's anywhere? I
found one but the genetics shop doesn't sell them.

Always wonder what powers to get next. From memory my emp/electric
defender has:

Healing Aura and Heal Others both five slotted with 3 healths, 1 timer
a 1 endurance reduction DO's.
Rez with range and timer DO's.
Fortitude with endurance reduction and defence buff training
enhancements.
The first three electric attack powers, all with a damage increase,
time and accuracy DO's.
Swift, Stamina and whatever the endurance recovery power is called ^_^
All double slotted with the appropriate run speed and recovery training
enhancements.
Super jumping with 2 jump increase training enhancements and whatever
the defence power was you had to get first.

Thanks in advance.

Lots and lots of saving. 😉

You will be able to buy level 25 SOs from a store in Talos Island
or Independence Port. The store in Talos Island is almost certain
to be easier to get to. It's pretty much a waste of money to buy
DOs higher than level 20.

You have to buy these from an ordinary contact of your own
origin. After doing enough missions, they will sell these special
enhancements to you. They are known as the "non-power 10"
enhancements, a truly idiotic name for an idiotic design.

You may already have "unlocked" your level 20 non-power 10 DO
contact and not known it. Check out your contact's stores.

Unfortunately, I'm not a player of Defenders, so I can't help
you with your build.

Another fellow's already answered your Enhancement questions; don't
have much to add to what he said except that if you go over to
www.vidiotmaps.com and click into their CoH section, you'll find a
chart listing all the contacts and the origins they service and what
levels; simply find which Mutation contact that handles the 20-24
level range is on your list and go satisfy that person.

In regard to your build question: well, every build is different. My
own L50 Emp/Elec Defender has done a few things differently than you.

Purramedic has, from memory:

* All of the Emp powers. Yes, every last one, including Absorb Pain.
They're all so useful, I just couldn't do without them.

* The first two electrical zappy attacks (Charged Bolts and Lightning
Bolt, I think), Zapp (sniper attack), and Tesla Cage. I might replace
Zapp with Short Circuit when I next respec. Purramedic is largely
team-oriented, not any kind of soloer at all.

* Recall Friend and Teleport

* Hover and Flight

* Stealth, Invisibility, and Phase Shift (next time I respec, I'll
probably swap Invisibility for Grant Invisibility instead)

* Conserve Power and Temporary Invulnerability from the Power Mastery
Ancillary Power Pool. Might be nice to add Build Up, not sure I could
spare the slot though.

* No fitness whatsoever. With Recovery Aura and Conserve Power, I
don't need it.

That's what works for me. Obviously, it may not work for you.
Remember that you have the test server to be able to try out new
powers and potential respecs.
