Came home, turned my computer on... booted up to login, was lagging significantly at login, loaded the Windows UI but was flashing grey/white with the start bar at the bottom, unresponsive. Turned it off and on, booted up to a black screen with the little underscore flashing top left, then turned it on and off again, booted w/ Windows Boot Manager... Automatic Repair started, returned a Ql2300 driver error in the system32 folder. No idea what that is. I have tried booting off of a USB Install Media and a CD Install Media for either safe mode or an OS reinstall, but every time it just loads the windows flag with the little spinning circle for like 3 minutes then goes black... What do I do? I can't reinstall off of install media, I can't open automatic repair, I can't do anything... This is getting to the point of being ridiculous, I'm reinstalling Windows every other week

Just cleared the CMOS and I'm returning the same error... Also did MemOK.... Any ideas? I just bought some new studio reference monitors and I was wanting to listen to them, but now I can't until I figure this out lol

EDIT:
MemOK! report on the Megatrends splash @ computer startup stated that all my drives were detected other than my CD Drive... after doing both MemOK and manually pulling the CMOS battery it will not show ANYTHING other than the blinking underscore and motherboard splashes unless I go to Windows Boot Manager or boot off of my USB UEFI Windows 8 install media... I'm ripping my hair right now

Double Edit: Finally finagled my way to safe mode after booting, it didn't work... I'm running out of ideas...

Safe mode keeps crashing abruptly, and my Windows 8 UEFI flash drive isn't working at all, just goes blue screen w/ Windows splash then black screen for 15 minutes before it errors and restarts w/ no error information or log, with a lot of hard drive activity (flashing light + audible spinning). I have had to reinstall Windows on this same system 5 or 6 times in the past month because of repeated Srttrail.txt errors... Could I have a corrupt hard drive? I can't figure out how to zero it out or do anything to it with the options I'm given on Windows 8 and what is occurring, so I don't really know what to do...

Trying a recovery drive right now off of another Windows 8 computer, it's booting into a black screen after the Windows blue screen w/ flag as well... I've tried recreating the UEFI flash drive install media on another USB and booting off of that and that's not working either. What do I do, somebody has to know the next step to take on here...

Edit: Unplugged the CD Drive and all periphs other than my keyboard/mouse... I just noticed on boot up it says Adapter 1 no hard disk detected, but in the BIOS its detected... Could that be an issue? I've been messing around with it, tried IDE & AHCI...
