great but you might wana change the mobo for a Gigabyte Ud3 for better OC, and make sure that when you buy to look at the Shipping, some of those sites charge alot for shipping when compare to Amazon or newegg.

Intel will give u better performance on games that don't utilize but just 2 or 4 cores. If u play alot of games that utilize 8 cores then go amd that's my opinion but intel is amazing so Is amd in there own aspects. I would also do the amd r9 290x ( I wouldint do the xfx one tho) also I would save some money and get a better case or psu the case I recommend is a phantek enthoo pro. The psu a evga super Nova 750w should be good. Other then that the build is good

it wont matter if the game uses 8 core, the i5 will still beat the 8320 in every single game.

Well its not like I hate Intel, I know Intel is really good, but as of right now my decision is dead set going for 8320. I think the 8320 is all I really need and its cheaper than i5 so I can invest my left over budget on something else.

the 8320+mobo+after market cooling is not cheaper than a i5 4440+h97, the i5 is actually cheaper, but if your so set on AMD then is recommended you at least OC since at stock its just as fast as an i5 at Multi threaded task like video editing.

800$ with rebates is 755$

Is it better to buy 1x4gb x2 than 2x4gb?
