i have vista ultimate installed and i wanted to install apple mac os x as dual core is present in my PC but after downloading it mac coudn't open .why?

to get mac OS X to run on a pc you have to not only have a computer with all compatible parts, but you also have to have an efi partition device on which to install the os. I'm not entirely sure how to make a hackintosh, but having a dual core processor doesn't make it possible in any way. You have to make sure every part is compatible, including your motherboard, graphics card, sound card if you have one, and any other add-in cards. There are sites that are solely dedicated to how to get mac OS X on a PC, go there and research before you do anything else.
