I got my laptop repaired a couple of weeks ago because of a Bluescreen problem I couldn't resolved, they said that they only had to wipe the hard disk so I was okay with that.

My laptop was using a NVIDIA GEFORCE 940MX gpu, I tried to right click my screen and check my settings but it wasn't there. So I ran Dxdiag to see my chip model and it said I was running a Intel Graphics Card.

Is there a solution or did the place I went to fix it messed up the gpu?

You will need to go to nvidia site and download the drivers for your model. Without the drivers windows will just default. Hope that's it.
