IMO, that is a pretty decent build for the price assuming you can find the parts in stock. I think the only optional consideration I would make might be to replace the graphics card with an RX flavor w/ same VRAM, but suspect that would run the price ~+$60-70, so the current makes sense at the price point.

I'd've gone with the RX 6650 XT for the same price, lesser power draw, and mature drivers, assuming you don't specifically need 16GB of VRAM, or anything particularly unique to the Arc card.

Of course, the Arc does slightly outdo the AMD card at 1440p gaming, but that's not what this system was aimed at.
