Yep ... it's standard, and there are a couple of lines Mods and Admins have that are not available/visable to others ... just part of the job. :?

It says more for the mods but it's kinda redundant since it says who the mods are at the top and we know what we can do.

It doesn't bother me though. What's at the bottom of a page isn't an issue. Only if it was at the top and we had to scroll past it.
