Solution
Btw, Intel specialises in CPU; Intel GPUs are the crappiest of them all, the current common pair is Intel CPU + NVidia Geforce GPU / AMD CPU+ AMD Radeon GPU for gaming.

For a plug and play system,
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/62c4m8 If you can stretch your budget a little ;) US$1000
Intel i7 6700
NVidia GTX 1070
kingston 8GB DDR4 2133
seagate 2TB 7200rpm HDD
Great enough for 1080p 60FPS on Ultra.

EDIT: Unless you want for some reason 16GB of RAM, then you may need to pay more or downgrade CPU. For gaming you just need a good CPU and a great GPU with ~8GB RAM

If you strike the lottery,
This is the best gaming setup you can get in 2017.

Here is a build sourced from skytech.lt based on an i3-7100 and a GTX 1060-3GB. You should be able to play at high/ultra settings at 1080p. Component webpages first followed by PCPartPicker build with adjusted pricing.
