You were disconnected from ea online (1) BF3

i have being trying to plat BF3 and the loading screen opens then crashes and then in the battle log it says "you were disconnected from ea online (1)" is anyone else having this problem and is the a way to fix it?

open origin click on my games then right click on the game and click repair install... this will verify the file integrity. it takes about a minute 30 if it finds nothing. it will take longer if it has to download and replace a broken file...
