"Your computer has been infected" Pop ups

Had these for a month or so now, when they happen my screen goes in full screen (like I've hit F11) and I cant make it go back to normal size or leave the page (Have to alt tab then close the page by hovering over chrome icon and then closing the little thumbnail). I've tried everything I can think of and can't get rid of it, hopefully you guys will be able help?
Windows 7 64 bit
Here's hat I have done so far..
Ran Avast
Ran Malearebytes
Ran adwcleaner
Hitman Pro
Junkware removal tool
and probably tried a few other programs along the way.
And tried reinstalling Chrome.

None of it seems to have helped, any advice would be appreciated, cheers guys.

I'd try a Kaspersky rescue disk. It's basically a bootable antivirus cd, so it can scan before windows loads.

Thanks I'll have a look into this, not sure I have any disks left so will have to have a look tomorrow, any other suggestions I could try in the meantime?

Tried this it didn't pick anything up and still having the pop ups, also couldn't find any disks so will have to buy some later on in the week, anyone have any other suggestions?

Finally found a solution, downloading "scriptsafe" extension from Chrome seems to have fixed it.
