"Your connection is not private" error

Recently I have been getting this "Your connection is not private" error ONLY when I am trying to access reddit.All other websites will work. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I have already done the following and it still frequently gives me the error

1. Flushed dns and changed dns server to 8.8.8.8
2. Reset browser to default
3. Run in incognito mode
4. Turned off anti-virus
5. Removed S from https://
6. Update my time and date
7. Update windows


EDIT : It seems to give me some kind of error regarding comodo firewall, but I don't have or know what comodo firewall is

I'm not an expert, but it looks like your internet traffic is being intercepted. This could be normal behavior if you are trying to browse at work/school/someone else's network, but if you aren't in a place where you would expect your internet to be monitored, it could be a serious issue.
When I go to reddit.com, it gives a certificate belonging to reddit not the dtp.net.id your screenshot shows .
You are seeing this behavior because reddit forces secure communication while most websites will allow insecure connections.

I'm at home though, and this only happens when i try to access reddit. It's fine the rest of the time

Reddit is one of the few sites that won't load at all without a secure connection. Most other sites will load even if you don't have a secure connection. I would try using another computer or device to connect to reddit through your home network. See if it works. If another device connects without error, your computer may have a virus or other monitoring software installed. If it gives the same or similar error, your network may be monitored. The certificate you are receiving seems to come from Indonesia.
