this pc costs like : 2 337 US DOLLARS, taxes are pretty high in Israel so consider it aswell, if you can buy from the site i linked it can really help me, thanks

That's about right considering markups for custom built pc's. In the US, it might even be more, depending on how much effort you want spent on things like wiring etc.

One thing I do see missing is any sort of storage.

For a lark, I built a similar system on OriginPC, iBuyPower, CyberPOWERPC and Dell. Prices ranged from US$2900-US$3700. (including basic storage of a 120Gb ssd and 1Tb hdd, so knock off $100 from those prices). Best conclusion is they are still using inflated gpu prices as due to availability plus their markup.
