Look, im going insane mad right now, i've tried everything, like EEEEEEVRYTHING they say in forums and no rrsults, i've updated bios firmware, disabled secure boot, gpedits, bcedits, formated and reinstalled W11 like 12 times, i even poped out cmos battery, installed W11 in my main m.2, in hdd, in ssd, EEEEEEVRYTHING and so far only fix is advanced restart and pressing 7 to disable signature drivers but y'all know that fix only works once at a time until restarted again, but that signature drivers are the ones responsible behind this torture, i'll add screenshots of everything.
On a side note, this started after i did a rutine format, somehow i got stuck in a bios setup loop where windows wouldnt boot, i had to change UEFI to CSM and back, but even then, this control app thing already happened once, im about to start an arson in MSi and Microsoft, please help

Haven't even activated it, it's pending activation, i used MS W11 media creation tool directly from their web, but does this have anything to do with it all? I've formated both with licence and even with KMS pico for years and never had an issue at all

Did you install Windows enterprise version ?

Install regular or Pro version instead.

Why have you not contacted your organizations support person?

I have a problem with "....and even with KMS pico for years...." That's a known pirate tool and will get you kicked from this site in a hot second.
