Recently I have upgraded my pc to Ryzen and I have an issue. When I play games usually after 1-2h of playing I get a blue screen saying 'Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart'
I have overclocked both the processor and RAM. The processor from 3.4Ghz to 3.8Ghz and RAM from 2400Mhz to 2666Mhz. I have been Running several benchmarks and the temperature of the CPU was below 55°C (I do not know how to check the RAM).

System specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x
CPU COOLER: Cooler Master masterair MA410P
GPU: AORUS GTX 1070Ti
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE GA-AB350-Gaming 3
PSU: EVGA 750 GQ
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 GB

The RAM is rated 2400Mhz out of the box. I will reverse it back to 2400Mhz and see if it helps. Thanks for the tip.

This seems to have fixed my issue which surprises me because I have been told by a couple of people that my RAM was capable for good overclocking. I only overclocked it by 266Mhz and Ive heard that Ryzen likes higher memory speeds :/. Whats a lot more important is that now the issue is gone and thanks a lot for helping me out!

with ram....going from stock speed ram to faster speed then it rated..you have to add more voltage.
that why the newer ram that comes out they try and keep the speed at the intel stock voltage for ddr-4 ram. when you over volt ram your over volting the memory controller that inside the cpu chip.

Thats great to know, thank you.
