Question Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart

This is my parents computer. fairly new. only a few months old. At first this message appeared, but now the PC is still on but display wont even turn on.
Is there a problem with one of the components?

That 0xC000021A error is usually cause by a software issue.
It could be caused by malware, corrupt operating system files or Windows update/ upgrade.
Try system restore and see it could be fixed.

If an update caused it then roll back to a previous version of Windows.

Problem is screen wont turn on, so if it was a software issue, why screen is off

Try restarting and booting into safe mode and see what happens after that.

Make sure the video input on the monitor matches the video cable from the computer.
Unplug the power cord, turn off PSU (if there is a switch) and press the power button for 20 seconds.
Connect the power cord, turn on PSU and try powering the computer.
