Your pc ran into a problem... (win8.1)

Hi
This morning i turn on my PC but it said:
1)your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart (1second)
2)Automatic repairing (1min)
3)Diagnosing your PC (3min)
4)Repairing disk errors.this might take over an hour to complete (2hour)

After 2hours, nothing fixed and it restarted and those 4steps happened again.
My pC is about 4years old
Cpu=i7
Ram=16GB
Gpu=780GTX
Ssd=128GB (windows drive)
Hdd=2TB
