Never had this problem with my PC, only started occurring in the past couple days and got worse today.

Core i7-8700
Z370 Aorus ULTRA Gaming
Ballistix Sport 2x4gb DDR4
Zotac GTX 1060
EVGA Bronze 500w PSU

It randomly occurs, "Your PC Ran Into a Problem and Needs to Restart"

have you run a full memory test? (memtest86.exe)

Do you have the latest drivers and BIOS?

What changed in the last few days?

Nothing's changed in the past few days, other than uninstalling a game that I finished playing and installed the second game.
I figured it's a memory problem, as my Chrome started crashing, too. "Aw, snap" error.

I did a memtest, you're correct and my hunch was also correct, my first stick had over 60,000 errors, while the other stick had 0, ran each for 2 hours
