This is my first 'real' PC build plan. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
Purpose of this build:
-Gaming on full HD/ and a bit of video editing.
-Make sure it lasts good 5-6 years.
-Small size would be nice.
-Being able to do a bit of over-clocking using air.

Full specs:
-CPU Cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212 (purchased)
-Storage- 120 GB SSD (purchased already), 1 TB HDD.
-Video Card- MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr

The areas I need some advice:
- MSI Gaming Mini ITX or MSI gaming ATX? I don't care about SLI.
-Mini ITX Case (bitfenix prodigy) or full size nzxt s340.
-8 GB RAM or 16 GB. Is it really worth it?
-Intel newest unlocked i5 or i7. Is hyperthreading a good investment for the future?
-Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze power supply or is it really worth to upgrade for more expensive gold?

Thanks for replays.

Get a full size case, so you don't have to worry about any future upgrades.

The 8GB RAM is enough, I think. And you can always get more RAM, it's not that big of an investment.

As of the processor, get a quad core i5. As you say you would overclock a bit. Get an unlocked processor. You won't need any more with games. I can't say about video editing softwares, though.

Can't say anything about the board and PSU. Good Luck!!
