Your Suggestions for a Quiet PC

I have a full size tower. It holds a billion fans that I run at lowest speeds. Still it resonates and hums constantly.

Can you all out there recommend a case for more silent running? I have plans for better fans and whatnot. Keep in mind that the case must fit a very tall CPU cooler.
