Ever since I upgraded my pc with some new hardware it has been having a varied amount of issues making the computer never seem to run the same way as previously. Even after taking out all the new hardware and re-booting the system, re-installing the entire OS and updating BIOS numerous times nothing has worked. For a time it seemed that maybe something did...but then I noticed yet again more problems and decided to run LatencyMon in a desperate attempt to test whatever I can in order to finally root out this issue. Below is what I am getting, this is when the computer is simply writing this post online, nothing more. Things get much worse when under load. Please any assistance is much appreciated, I really am hoping to bring this computer back to glory.
