Ever since I upgraded my pc with some new hardware it has been having a varied amount of issues making the computer never seem to run the same way as previously. Even after taking out all the new hardware and re-booting the system, re-installing the entire OS and updating BIOS numerous times nothing has worked. For a time it seemed that maybe something did...but then I noticed yet again more problems and decided to run LatencyMon in a desperate attempt to test whatever I can in order to finally root out this issue. Below is what I am getting, this is when the computer is simply writing this post online, nothing more. Things get much worse when under load. Please any assistance is much appreciated, I really am hoping to bring this computer back to glory.

Specs:
ASUS Prime Z370-A
Rtx 2070 duke edition
I5-8400
1- 970 EVO, 500gb
1-WD Black M.2, 500gb
750 PSU, EVGA
32gb worth of Corsair Dominator RGB Ram, 4 sticks

CONCLUSION
_
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:24:10 (h🇲🇲ss) on all processors.

SYSTEM INFORMATION
_
Computer name: DESKTOP-VVO542O
OS version: Windows 10 , 10.0, version 1803, build: 17134 (x64)
Hardware: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC., PRIME Z370-A
CPU: GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz
Logical processors: 6
Processor groups: 1
RAM: 32701 MB total

_
CPU SPEED

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.

Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 1981.632882
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 12.471359

Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 1957.564466
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 7.483397

_
REPORTED ISRs
_
Interrupt service routines are routines installed by the OS and device drivers that execute in response to a hardware interrupt signal.

Highest ISR routine execution time (µs): 358.994302
Driver with highest ISR routine execution time: dxgkrnl.sys - DirectX Graphics Kernel, Microsoft Corporation

Highest reported total ISR routine time (%): 5.159453
Driver with highest ISR total time: dxgkrnl.sys - DirectX Graphics Kernel, Microsoft Corporation

Total time spent in ISRs (%) 6.046735

ISR count (execution time <250 µs): 53647633
ISR count (execution time 250-500 µs): 0
ISR count (execution time 500-999 µs): 821
ISR count (execution time 1000-1999 µs): 0
ISR count (execution time 2000-3999 µs): 0
ISR count (execution time >=4000 µs): 0

_
REPORTED DPCs
_
DPC routines are part of the interrupt servicing dispatch mechanism and disable the possibility for a process to utilize the CPU while it is interrupted until the DPC has finished execution.

Highest DPC routine execution time (µs): 2054.006410
Driver with highest DPC routine execution time: nvlddmkm.sys - NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 436.30 , NVIDIA Corporation

Highest reported total DPC routine time (%): 0.167952
Driver with highest DPC total execution time: dxgkrnl.sys - DirectX Graphics Kernel, Microsoft Corporation

Total time spent in DPCs (%) 0.419123

DPC count (execution time <250 µs): 5623943
DPC count (execution time 250-500 µs): 0
DPC count (execution time 500-999 µs): 2077
DPC count (execution time 1000-1999 µs): 26
DPC count (execution time 2000-3999 µs): 3
DPC count (execution time >=4000 µs): 0

_
REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.

NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.

Process with highest pagefault count: steam.exe

Total number of hard pagefaults 21981
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 4227
Number of processes hit: 79
