Your user profile was not loaded correctly

Hello,
have tried to log into pc using another username that has not been used for 3 - 4 weeks and cannot log in due to pc saying - yor user profile was not loaded correctly. Can someone please help !!

First try renaming the profile
if that doesn't work:

- Change your Folder options to "Show hidden files or folders"
- Look for a hidden folder named found.000 off of your c: drive.
- Drill down into that folder and you should find your original or most recently used user profiles.
- Now just copy over that profile into the c:\users folder and reboot.
You may have to repoint some of your desktop shortcuts ,reset up your
printers

if that doesn't work:

- Click start, All Programs
- Accessories
- Right-click Command Prompt
- Click Run As Administrator
- Type the following: netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
- Press enter
- Restart your computer (not really necessary)
