"Your Version of (random search engine) is out of Date" Pops up When I Start my Computer

I'm getting this new popup telling me that a search engine that I never used is out of date. I searched for where the file was hidden, it's in appdata local, and when I close the popup safely, it disappears. This is the file name: {EA74DC28-CEDC-B090-A344-9578872C69E0}

I'm getting really tired of this popping up, any help is appreciated.

either your going to a webpage with some bad popups your computer has been infected with a virus or malware. i recommend downloading a free tool called malwarebytes and do a full system scan for infected files

I actually forgot to say that I do have Malwarebytes. I did run it, but it didn't find any viruses, so I'll try running MWB once it pops up again and see what happens.
