'Your video card does not support shader model 3.0'. What can i do?

I've just downloaded CS:GO on my old computer because my last one <mod edit>. But when im done with installing and want to open the game it says that my video card doesn't support Shader Model 3.0.
Minimum requirements:
Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom™ X3 8750 processor or better
but i have Mobile Intel® 945 Express Chipset Family.
please help. by the way i have laptop

yeah your system doesnt meet minimum requirements. it doesnt have a dedicated gpu instead it has the intel 945 chipset which is onboard gfx and only supports shader 2.0

There is nothing you can do, it just doesn't support the game requirements.
