YouTube and Google not loading properly?

Hi..
I have just fresh installed Windows 7. Everything works fine but when I load a Google search or an YouTube video, it seems to not load right. *as shown in the pictures*

It will do the same thing for internet explorer but it works fine on my phone and other devices.

Some basic steps that will relate to other browsers as well but since it seems like a universal problem, coming from a fresh install, did you remember to install drivers for your graphics card? And not rely on generic drivers Windows installs?

Try disable Hardware acceleration in your browser which uses your graphics card, if your browser renders properly then your graphics card drivers need updating.

Edit: And you're also up to date on all updates for Win7.

I am using the most up to date nVidia driver and Win 7 updates. I tried disabling hardware acceleration but the same thing happened. Is there anything else I can do?

Check that your regional settings are correct. The step during Windows install where it asks where you live, make sure that's right. Also date and time.

Reset all browsers/clear cache - reboot computer.
