Youtube Audio Desync (Really annoying)

Every single time I watch a video on youtube, at some point the audio gets out of sync, appearing ahead of the corresponding moments in video. Pausing and unpausing keeps the desync, as unpausing makes the sound play instantly, but the video starts with a delay. Only way to fix is to refresh the video and find the spot where I left off EVERY TWO MINUTES. I tried HTML5 disabler plugins for chrome, but they either didnt work or made videos not play at all. I also had installed flash player

I was wondering if you tried using a different browser like Firefox or Edge? If the issue exists in all the browsers, you should consider checking for and updating the audio and graphics drivers.

If it's only Chrome that has the issue, please try uninstalling it, restarting the PC, and reinstalling Chrome from the scratch.

It seems that I don't have another browser installed, drivers are up to date (Realtek audio from motherboard's site, if I install from realtek's site I dont get the audio manager). I don't see how reinstalling chrome would help, but I could try
