Youtube bug ??

Hi ,
I have been watching some videos at 1080p on youtube today without any problem but on a certain time of the day i have a bug that makes some horizontal distortions or someting on video only on 1080 , like on the image


NOTE: happens on chrome, tried edge and is normal.

hello there have you emailed youtube about this? i would try them first before asking here since most of us dont know about youtubes technical side hope this helps

I asked here because anyone can been having some issue like this since youtube is so popular and have so many bugs .
