YouTube does'nt work on any of my browsers...?

Hello,
Every time I try to go on YouTube on any of my browsers it says Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.youtube.com. I tried deleting my history and run ccleans many times but that didnt work.. its really annoying.. any ideas? thanks

it says you cannot connect to youtube.com? could be a DNS issue or a virus messed with your HOSTS file
