Youtube Facecam Camera (BUDGET)

I have a youtube channel called 'GamingKanaalJR'.
i have now 124 subs and I want to take youtube a little bit more sirious.
I already bought a studio mic (Behringer C-1U) and a good PC that can handle 1080P recording and rendering. but my facecam is a phone with 5 MP (MegaPixels) and i want to buy a real camera for my facecam, i have a budget from $120,- / €100,- / 78,- GBP

I want a sharp facecam with minimal 1280x720 resolution.
I want a 16:9 resolution
I also want the color black / dark blue / dark grey.

I want a answer before 29 March 2015 please.

The Logitech C920 can do widescreen HD video. It has a black case. It will produce much better video than a cellphone cam.
