Question Youtube flickering help

Hello, while watching videos on youtube, strange things occur on my screen, the problem started yesterday and it seems like it's only on youtube, I deleted the video card driver with ddu and reinstalled the problem did not solve the problem, I tried a different browser, my problem does not improve

Mind sharing the full specs to your build and the monitor being used? Try and see if changing the display cable changes the issue.

9600k
z390 tomahawk msi
2x8 corsair 2400 mhz ram
galax 3070 ti
I tried with 3 different cables and 2 different monitors my problem still persists my friend also has this problem, it's only on youtube, which makes me think that it may be a site-related problem

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. If you're on Windows 10, what version(not edition) of the OS are you on?

No flickering is seen in the video, unless I missed something.
Try also toggling "hardware acceleration" in the browser settings, and disabling add-ons if you have any.

This situation started with some of my friends, but not everyone, the flow in the video is reflected at the bottom.
