I got a pc from my brother and youtube videos wont play. the video will stay on the first frame of the video, but the audio will play perfectly fine in the background. I tested out Rocket League and it just feels slow, but it's not super choppy or anything. My GPU is a nvidia gtx 1050; is this a graphics card that people tend to have issues with? I updates my drivers and im having the same issues. I tried using Microsoft edge instead of chrome to see if that would fix the youtube problem and it didnt work (same for downloading adobe flash player). Any help solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
