Question Youtube fullscreen video problem

I have 2 monitors and on my main monitor when I watching youtube and I have it as my active application and the video in full screen the videos has some kind of white boarder in areas where there is like a black boarder in some detailed areas. This goes away when the browser is moved to my secondary monitor or I click out of the browser. It has done this to me when using windows 10 and 11, on chrome and opera gx(now my main). It's more of a annoyance then anything.

The hardware my system uses is a i7-9700k, 32gb of ddr4 ram, rtx 3070 ti(msi gaming x trio).
The monitors is a odyssey g7 27in(main), and a acer predator XB3 (XB273U, as secondary)
